Al-Qurtubee (RAH) said:
"Women are likened to vessels, because they are delicate, sensitive and fragile."
(Saheeh Adab Al-Mufrad)
The problem is too many women have been broken.The brothers didn't listen.
The Messenger of Allah said to Muad Ibn Jabal
"Beware of the supplication of the unjustly treated,because there is no shelter or veil between it [the supplication of the one who is suffering injustice] and Allah.' Sahih Al-Bukhari and Muslim
And also remember this Hadith.
"Do not make a Woman cry, verily Allah is counting her tears"
(Tirmidhi)
The Prophet (PBUH ) said:
Treat women well. Women are created from a rib, and the most curved part of the rib is the upper part. If you try to straighten it, you will break it. If you leave it, it remains curved. So treat women kindly. (Bukhari)
This is a command to husbands, fathers, brothers and others to treat women kindly and not to oppress them; to give them their rights and to guide them to do good. A man should not hurt or upset his wife if he sees in her something that he dislikes, because if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will like another, he should balance the two.
This is what is obligatory upon everyone, because the Prophet (PBUH ) said:
'Treat women kindly.'
